Castrol’s new Fastscan app enables workshops to accumulate points every time they purchase qualifying Castrol products, including EDGE, MAGNATEC, GTX, TRANSMAX and motorcycle-specific lubricants.
Points are earned per litre of product purchased, with Castrol SERVICE workshops collecting 25 points per litre of EDGE, 20 points per litre of MAGNATEC, 10 points per litre of TRANSMAX, POWER1 and ACTEVO, and 8 points per litre of GTX. Independent workshops receive 22 points for EDGE, 18 points for MAGNATEC, 8 points for TRANSMAX, POWER1 and ACTEVO, and 7 points for GTX.
Businesses can exchange these points against a catalogue of attractive items in 10 separate categories, including consumer electronics and home appliances.
Castrol SERVICE workshops which participate in Castrol Fastscan will automatically have access to additional exclusive rewards. Over 220 independent workshops in the UK are already part of this acclaimed network, allowing them to use ‘Castrol SERVICE’ branding. Participating businesses receive a comprehensive range of benefits including a Castrol guarantee for the oil used in customers’ vehicles, operation quality certification, branded technician clothing, along with marketing support and training, all designed to facilitate an increase in and retention of customers.
As well as being the interface for the new Castrol loyalty scheme, Castrol Fastscan allows workshop staff to access a knowledge hub containing useful technical support, ‘How To’ videos, and thought leadership articles focused on vehicle service and maintenance topics. The company has worked with automotive partners to create a diverse range of content to meet the specific needs of owners, managers, and mechanics.
To join the Fastscan Castrol loyalty scheme, workshops just need to source Castrol products from our Ambassador Distributor, The Race Group. Further details can be found at www.castrol.co.uk/fastscan
