Latest News:
The Independent Garage Association, IGA, will recognise Britain’s best independent garages and technicians and showcase the levels of professionalism, skill, passion and innovation in our sector at its BIG Awards in June.
It is open to all independent garages in the UK and will create a platform to recognise garages in categories that highlight all aspects of running a successful, local, independent garage business. The IGA says entrants will be measured against the highest standards, and the judging process will be independently verified including site audits and mystery shops.
Other than Independent Garage of the Year, awards will also be presented for Customer Service, Communication, Community Engagement, Innovation, Outstanding Achievement, Training & Development, Consumer Choice, Business Improvement and Individual Contribution.
