Workshops can now look up and order parts online at Omnipart, the new trade website from Euro Car Parts. Technicians can search for parts by vehicle registration, VIN or model number with enhanced vehicle details, such as engine or chassis number, associated to every part.
The entire Euro Car Parts catalogue is available, including mechanical and collision parts, tools and workshop consumables, and previous searches, including quotes, can be saved, making regular orders quicker and easier to place online.
Omnipart users can see both local and national stock levels, as well as price checks in real time, so garages can have an indication of how long it will take for a part to be delivered. Each Euro Car Parts account customer gets their own Delivery Commitment Service Level Agreement, with stock held in local branches being delivered to garages in as little as 30 minutes or, if a part is stored at a regional distribution centre, within two hours, depending on a workshop’s location.
It is possible to order everything required to service a vehicle in one place just by typing a car’s registration number. Quick service kit look-up will find all of the correct parts and display them on the same screen.
