MOT manager training course from Autotech Recruit

By autotech-nath on July 24, 2017
Specialist automotive recruitment firm Autotech Recruit has developed a Level 3 MOT Test Centre Management Course in collaboration with industry experts John Parham, David Easton and Ian Gillgrass.
The course provides learners with the key knowledge and skills to effectively manage all elements of an MOT Test Centre, while achieving a qualification recognised by the DVSA.
The programme is delivered through ABC awards and covers all current legislation facing Vehicle Testing Stations. It is also in line with the new qualification regulations launched by the DVSA in 2016, superseding the original AEDM qualification.
“I’m really pleased to be working with Autotech on this new venture,” comments David Easton, who was the DVSA’s MOT Training Project Executive. “They play a vital role in providing well developed, skilled, competent and professional MOT testers to garages and are involved the continued development and improvement of the MOT Scheme through their involvement with DVSA and other trade associations.”
It is now compulsory for all MOT Testers to complete the Level 2 Award in MOT Testing and the Level 3 Award is recommended. Autotech Recruit is offering a flexible delivery programme, from a two-day course with hotel accommodation included at the company’s Newport Pagnell Head Office, to the option of delivering the training on site for larger companies.
