A new YouTube channel has been launched by NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd, providing a mix of technical, corporate and motorsport news, plus videos from its blogzine Torque.

NGK Spark Plugs (UK) Ltd Marketing Manager Mark Hallam said: “Our new YouTube channel is designed not only to inform but also to entertain viewers. As a company we always strive to give our customers and users of our parts all the latest news and technical information in a user-friendly style.

“We currently supply information through our website,  www.ngkntk.co.uk,  and also our blogzine, ngktorque.com, and via all forms of Social Media and this is another platform which we hope people will log-on to and enjoy.”

The new channel includes a series of technical films on topics that include: the installation and tightening torque for spark plugs and glow plugs; glow plugs tips & tricks; controlling emissions using NTK Lambda sensors; installation positions for Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors (EGTS) and the removal and installation of ignition coils.

Plus, there’s all the thrills of the world of Dragster racing with a special film from Santa Pod –  Europe’s foremost drag strip – starring Andy Robinson. The Pro Mod racer, multiple championship winner and avid fan of NGK, currently holds the record for a British driver over a quarter mile with a time of 5.968 seconds and terminal speed of 239.05mph
