The new Laser Tools 9388 Soldering Clamp with Solder Feed combines a secure wire clamp with an integrated solder dispenser, allowing technicians to feed solder using the thumb of the same hand holding the clamp, leaving the other hand free to operate the soldering iron.
The clamp securely grips wires from either side, holding them firmly in alignment while solder is fed precisely into the joint, making it ideal for vehicle wiring repairs, accessory installations, harness modifications and other electrical work where accurate positioning is essential.
The built-in solder feed is housed within the handle and accepts a 65 mm solder coil, supplied with lead-free solder ready for use. A thumb- operated feed mechanism enables control over solder delivery, helping reduce waste while producing neat joints.
The compact tool is suitable for a wide range of wire gauges and particularly useful where access is restricted or where wiring needs to be held clear of surrounding components during soldering.
