Servicesure, the nationwide network of independent garages powered by GSF and Dingbro, gathered at the Concorde Conference Centre, Manchester for its annual conference on 26 March and was followed by a black-tie gala dinner at the 2026 Servicesure Awards.
GSF CEO Steve Horne and Servicesure head Adam O’Neill welcomed technicians and workshop owners from across the UK to a new era of the relaunched network, which has been rebuilt on the four pillars of Standards (garages must meet certain criteria to join the network), Support (technical resources), Reward (new loyalty programme) and Community (bringing the network together). Tim Guidotti, The Fleet Guy, presented a convincing pitch for taking on fleet business, which concluded with a flash mob choir performance led by Tim himself – an unexpected and very entertaining twist! A panel of workshop owners, consisting of Emma Lindley, Matt Cleevely, Arthur Forsyth and Reaz Mojumder, discussed various challenges such as electrification, labour rates, customer profiling and apprenticeships. This was followed by presentation from automotive YouTuber, Presenter and Podcaster Alex Kersten, AKA Auto Alex, who provided insights on digital marketing and social media to help garages reach new customers.
A black-tie awards event followed the conference, to recognise its highest-performing garages, where Ashwell Motors were named Best Overall Garage (pictured, Ashwell Motors' Paul and Leanne Garrett awarded Garage of The Year by Steve Horne (CEO, GSF); Håkan Bjellebeck (FRAM) and comedian Russell Kane.)
The event celebrated excellence across key areas of the modern workshop, including customer service, electric vehicle capability, fleet servicing and regional performance.

Adam O’Neill, Partnership Director at GSF Car Parts, said: “The quality of entries reflects the level of investment and professionalism we’re seeing across the Servicesure network. These awards recognise businesses that are not only performing at a high level today, but are actively adapting to the future of the aftermarket, whether that’s EV capability, fleet servicing or consistently delivering high standards for customers.”
