ALLDATA Repair offers 89,000 make, model, engine, year (MMEY) vehicle combinations, which equates to 95% of vehicles on the road today. These are converted into 12 million English language technical documents, derived from original OEM repair information from 29 vehicle manufacturers. What’s more, ALLDATA Repair possesses a library of three million technical drawings and wiring diagrams, with a database that is regularly updated.
As vehicles are becoming more sophisticated with each new model, an annual subscription to ALLDATA Repair will offer support in the shape of instant access to repair data, but also Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and electrical systems/wiring diagrams. The data is offered with an intelligent search engine that enables the technician to find the data they need in seconds. The data is available under license from each OEM and collated conveniently on the ALLDATA website.
Complementing ALLDATA Repair, a new product has been integrated that generates rapid access to OEM labour times.
With just one click, technicians can discover accurate OEM labour times that match both repair information and maintenance procedures for a specific vehicle in ALLDATA Repair.
“Our customers have been asking for a resource that delivers trusted OEM labour rates alongside the repair and collision information in ALLDATA Repair,” said Karol Englert, Managing Director for ALLDATA Europe. “ALLDATA Labour Times does that and more. It also enables garages to plan technicians’ schedules and allocate resources for maximum efficiency.”
The labour times are provided by TecAlliance, a global leader in aftermarket data and SaaS (software as a service) solutions. ALLDATA Labour Times is integrated with ALLDATA Repair, making it faster and easier for workshops to provide customers with accurate estimates.
